From the methodological point of view, the most up-dated techniques in adult training are going to be used.

The training system will be based on case studies covering most of the EU member countries.

 

The project will be developed in 9 phases:

1. Data gathering, analysis of Reference Documents, study on the Mutifunctionality state of the art;
2. Study of the economic, social and training profile of European young farmers;
3. Selection of successful Experiences of multifunctional farms;
4. Drafting of the case studies on which the Training System is based;
5. Design and editing (electronic and paper version) of all the training material for recipients;
6. Design and editing (electronic and paper version) of the Teaching Guide for Trainers;
7. Training system testing phase;
8. Rectification and adjustment of the developed materials;
9. Dissemination of the project results.
